Vehicle Delivery & Transport Instructions

Please read this for clear delivery and transport procedures to ensure safe and efficient vehicle drop-offs and pickups from Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet. Please review the following information carefully before arriving at our dealership to avoid delays and to ensure a smooth transport process.

Directions for Transport Trucks

• From Telegraph Road, turn west onto Mall Drive between Red Lobster and DTE.
• Continue driving through the DTE complex until you approach the stop-signed intersection.
• Before reaching the intersection, you will see a storage yard located on the south (left) side of the road.
• Please enter this storage yard for all vehicle deliveries and transport pickups.
• The lot has been organized to provide adequate space for transport trucks to safely maneuver, turn around, and unload or load vehicles.

After-Hours (STI) Deliveries

If you are completing an after-hours delivery, please follow these instructions:

• The key drop box is located on the south side of the building across the street from the vehicle lot.
• The drop box is positioned next to the service lane entrance.
• Please ensure that all required paperwork is completed and that vehicle keys are securely placed inside the drop box.
